Some benefits of the Rice water routine are :

Wondering how to start?

 

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup of clean rice
  • 2-3 cups of clean water
  • 5-10 drops of essential oil (Alternative: coconut oil)

 

Preparation & Use

  • Place the clean rice in a container and add water to it 
  • Swirl it using a spoon in a round motion 
  • Cover the container and leave the rice water to sit at room temperature for 1-2 days
  • Strain the rice water and add essential oil to it 
  • Rinse your hair with it 
  • Store the excess rice water in a refrigerator to prevent further fermentation.
